Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainer to join our central Learning & Development Team. You will deliver engaging, high-quality training to enhance sales performance across our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and industry knowledge. Future development may include leadership training; a management background would be advantageous, and we can nurture other skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver engaging training programmes focused on sales excellence, aligned with business needs.
2. Customize training content to meet specific employee and business objectives.
3. Support the onboarding of staff during TUPE processes with tailored training sessions.
4. Use various instructional techniques and multimedia tools to enhance learning.
5. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
6. Adjust training delivery based on feedback and assessments.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
8. Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
9. Collaborate with team members to improve training materials and methods.
10. Support the development and coaching of future managers and directors.
Skills Required:
1. Proven experience in Residential Sales, with leadership experience and/or staff training background.
2. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. CIPD qualification (minimum level 3) or equivalent (desirable).
7. Ability to motivate and engage teams across different levels.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
