This is an exciting opportunity for an Audit Manager to join a reputable professional services firm in Crawley. You will lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to the success of the Accounting & Finance department.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Oversee and guide junior team members, providing mentorship and technical support.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact during audits.
* Prepare and review audit reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance of findings.
* Identify areas for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions to clients.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards and industry regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
* Assist in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.


Qualifications

* A professional accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
* Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and relevant regulations.
* Proven experience in managing audit engagements and teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
