* Design, configure, and maintain LabWare LIMS solutions, including workflow configuration, sample lifecycle management, and instrument integration to support laboratory operations.
* Develop and customise LIMS scripts, workflows, and interfaces, ensuring efficient data capture, automation of laboratory processes, and seamless integration with external systems such as ELN, ERP, and analytical instruments.
* Collaborate with laboratory scientists, QA teams, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate laboratory processes into technical specifications, and deliver scalable LIMS solutions.
* Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimisation, resolving issues related to data integrity, workflows, and integrations within the LabWare environment.
* Support LIMS upgrades, validation activities, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, ISO 17025) and maintaining high system reliability.
