What’s involved?As Sous Chef you will be a key component in not only the kitchen team but in the wider hotel as well. This seasona role begins in April through to October and offers a range of challenges to keep you interested as well as giving you the opportunity to see the sights. The standard rota is 42 hours a week over 6 days on Split Shifts so you will have plenty of time off and the proximity of the hotel to the town and beach offers great appeal.
You will be able to work as part of a small team and run the kitchen when necessary.
You will naturally be very keen and an outstanding communicator and will use all of these to slip into each team seamlessly.
