Main Responsibilities:
The Senior FLM in Logistics plays a pivotal role in leading and optimising the intake and despatch operations to meet organisational goals in efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role is responsible for supervising, training, and developing a team of operatives to achieve high performance and continuous improvement, ensuring that all processes are conducted in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements. As a Senior FLM, you will drive logistics excellence, contributing directly to the seamless flow of goods and services within the organisation and ensuring data reporting is accurate and timely.
Ideal Candidate:
* English level – pre-Advanced (verbal and written)
* Good communication skills
* SAP Knowledge (advanced)
* Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Microsoft Teams knowledge.
* Ability to adopt and evolve with business objectives
* Warehouse Management and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Experience
* Good math knowledge
* Ability to take decisions.
* Problem solving
* Racking Inspection (license will be provided by Training department)
* IOSH H&S Training
* Food Safety Level 3
* HACCP Level 3
