Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs. Record and monitor student progress; prepare reports for parents. Support curriculum development and contribute to school improvement. Promote student wellbeing and provide strong pastoral support. Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Uphold safeguarding, school policies, and professional standards. Requirements QTS/QTLS (or willingness to work towards). Degree or equivalent. Maths and English at Level 2. Preferred Skills Strong classroom and behaviour management. Ability to support students with a range of needs, including challenging behaviour. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure. Experience across the secondary age range (desirable).
