DIGITAL NATIVE DESIGNER – INTEGRATED DESIGN FOR HIGH-GROWTH GLOBAL TECH SCALE-UP

What they need
* A digital native designer who can confidently navigate web layouts and digital marketing collateral, driving enhancements to the online customer experience and creating a seamless brand experience across channels
* Someone who cares deeply about craft - typography, layout, spacing and visual consistency really matter to you
* A designer who who enjoys turning strategic or conceptual direction into polished, production-ready design that can be rolled out across different markets and audiences
* Someone who can work across high-volume campaign output (particularly B2B and product-led marketing) without sacrificing quality - a designer who thrives in a fast-paced team where priorities can shift quickly, but the expectation around quality and attention to detail remains very high
* A digital-first creative who enjoys working across multiple touchpoints including campaigns, web, social and events
* Any experience with Animation or Motion design is highly desirable!
What you’re great at
* Designing and executing high-quality campaign assets that can be adapted globally across web, social, email, and paid channels
* Landing page and web design - particularly structuring content clearly and translating complex products or services into clean, engaging visual layouts
* Designing marketing collateral that supports commercial teams (sales decks, pitch materials, event assets, product one-pagers, etc.) as well as paid social and LinkedIn creative that needs to feel polished, premium, and instantly recognisable as the brand grows internationally
* Working within an evolving brand system and helping maintain consistency as the company scales and produces more content internationally
* Using Figma confidently for production-ready outputs, plus Adobe Creative Suite where needed (particularly for more polished campaign visuals, motion, or video editing)
* Working closely with brand, product marketing, and senior marketing stakeholders to ensure design and messaging feel consistent across every touchpoint
