Your role as a Customer Service Coordinator will involve:
* Managing customer enquiries via telephone, online platforms, and email — from initial contact through to final delivery.
* Delivering an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring high standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
* Accurately completing data entry and processing customer orders in a timely manner.
* Collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders to clarify information, share updates, and resolve customer queries effectively.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer account base.
* Liaising with Fleet and Capacity Planners to confirm transport and material availability.
* Keeping customers informed throughout the process, enabling efficient planning of transport resources to meet commercial demands.
