We're looking for an Estimator to join our Building Solutions South team based in London.
Location: London
Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?
As an Estimator, you'll be working within the Building Solutions South team, supporting them in delivering high-quality estimates for construction and refurbishment projects ranging from £1m to £20m.
Your day to day will include:
* Appraising and evaluating client tender requirements and specifications
* Producing tender stage bills of quantities and pricing labour, plant, and material rates
* Managing tender information and subcontract trade package enquiries
* Providing early-stage project cost plans and value engineering options
* Communicating and handing over estimates to project teams
What are we looking for?
This role of Estimator is great for you if:
* You have strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams and supply chains
* You are proficient in computerised estimating and take-off software, with solid general IT skills
* You hold industry-recognised construction-related qualifications and have previous experience in a similar role
A Full Driving Licence is required (does not need to be a UK licence).
