* The ability to work constructively as part of a team.
* Good ICT skills to support learning.
* The ability and willingness to learn new skills, with a commitment to personal career development.
* A desire to gain experience working in a school, with a view to possibly move into teaching in the future.
Responsibilities
* Support learning and pupils’ progress within a good secondary school environment.
* Assist with SEN/academic needs and help create an inclusive classroom experience.
