Responsible for: Provide administrative and technical support to engineering and operations teams. Maintain accurate documentation, assist with scheduling and procurement, and perform basic CAD tasks under supervision to support project delivery and compliance. Skills Required: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Basic CAD knowledge (AutoCAD 2D preferred). Good organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Minimum: GCSEs Maths and English (C or above) Desirable: Technical or engineering-related qualification. Basic CAD training or experience is an advantage. Key Duties: 1. Maintain organised technical documentation and filing systems. 2. Undertake administrative updates to product documentation and system repositories 3. Assist in the management of change requests through regular follow-ups and support their progression through to resolution. 4. Assist with scheduling, procurement, and resource coordination. 5. Support audits and compliance activities. 6. Assist with the development of bills of materials for parts and spare 7. Perform basic CAD tasks (2D/3D drawings and minor edits) using AutoCAD. 8. Perform design modifications and revisions under the guidance of other team members. 9. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for technical queries.
