Role Description
This on-site, full-time Sales Professional role is based in Aberdeen. The Sales Professional will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and driving sales across Chisholm Hunter’s diverse product range, including diamonds, gemstones, and luxury watches. Day-to-day tasks include providing personalized advice to clients, demonstrating product knowledge, managing transactions, assisting with merchandising, ensuring the showroom is presentable, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the team to create outstanding customer experiences is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Experience in sales, retail, or luxury goods is preferred, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and client engagement.
* Knowledge or interest in jewelry, precious stones, or Swiss timepieces is an advantage.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to meet sales targets.

* Flexibility to adapt to a retail environment, including the ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
