Our client, a multi billion dollar organisation and a business of great history are looking to hire a Global Workday HCM Manager. This role is a global position and will face off to stakeholders in the US, Europe and APAC whilst managing a team of 3.
They are open to this individual working remotely either in the UK, Ireland or continental Europe.
The key areas of the role are as follows:
System Management:
* Lead the administration and configuration of the Workday HRIS, ensuring it aligns with business needs.
* Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations to maintain optimal system performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with IT support teams.
* Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, including Workday, and ensure contracts and service agreements are up to date.
Data Integrity
* Ensure the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of HR data within the HRIS.
* Implement data validation and quality control measures.
* Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Reporting & Analytics
* Create and manage HRIS reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends, metrics, and KPIs.
* Work with HR and business leaders to identify reporting requirements and implement solutions.
Process Optimisation
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline HR processes and workflows within the HRIS.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for data management.
* Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience (5 years minimum) in HRIS administration, particularly with the Workday platform.
* Proven experience (3 years minimum) in Managing HRIS team and responsibilities.
* Strong understanding of HR and business processes.
* Knowledge of data governance, data analytics, and reporting tools.
* Project management experience is a plus.
* Certifications in Workday are a plus.
