360 Recruitment Sales Consultant
We're recruiting for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Sales Consultant whose primary focus is winner new business. This is a high‑energy, sales‑driven role designed for consultants who thrive on outbound activity and want their success to be directly rewarded through a lucrative targeted performance bonus structure.
This is a permanent, full‑time position (40 hours per week), working mainly Monday to Friday, with mandatory participation in a 24/7 on‑call rota. You’ll also benefit from 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, giving you time to recharge while building a stable, long‑term career. Role Focus
Your success will be measured by sales activity, territory growth, and revenue performance. You’ll take full ownership of building and converting opportunities, with responsibility to:
* Proactively generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and consistent follow‑up
* Door knock and attend client visits, securing meetings with hiring managers
* Map and develop your sales territory, identifying high‑value prospects and target companies
* Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring momentum and regular contact
* Convert leads into active vacancies, negotiating terms and securing repeat business
* Source and qualify candidates for the roles you win
* Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from first contact to placement
Targeted Performance Bonus & Earnings
Basic salary is £26,437 per annum. Your earnings are directly linked to your performance. You’ll benefit from a highly rewarding targeted performance bonus, based on branch turnover targets. This will be achieved by attracting new business and candidate placements.

Training & Development
You’ll receive structured operational training to ensure you can confidently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. Once trained, you’ll be trusted to operate independently, manage your desk, and drive your own success.
