Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
* Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
* Assist in food preparation and serving as required, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
* Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient operations.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service standards.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
* Basic culinary skills and kitchen experience are advantageous.
* Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
