We are looking for a Waste Operative to join the Waste and Cleaning team to undertake the movement, sorting, processing and dispatch of waste and other materials including the compaction of waste and cardboard.
You should be capable of working and staying compliant to Health and Safety regulations, monitor the performance of equipment, provide support to the On-Site Waste Coordinator to complete site objective and make sure to follow PPE guidance.
Holding a Counterbalance FLT license would be desirable but not essential, have a good level of communicative English as well as be detail conscious and excellent time management skills to follow tight deadlines. You will also be required to pass a DBS Check and undertake a drugs/alcohol screening test prior to starting.
