Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the long term strategic plan for a number brands in the portfolio
* Drive innovation by identifying trends and bringing new ideas to market swiftly
* Elevate brand partnerships, focusing on premiumisation and shelf appeal
* Own the portfolio P&L, optimising price-pack architecture and unlocking growth opportunities
* Analyse performance data, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform decision-making
* Collaborate with the equity team to create compelling campaigns and activation plans
* Mentor and support an Assistant Brand Manager on the portfolio
