Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a range of welcoming and inclusive schools across Corby seeking committed SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children who require additional support to reach their full potential. You will be working either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, supporting students with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have experience working with children with SEND (in a school or care setting)
2. Be patient, resilient, and nurturing
3. Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
4. Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
5. Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
