About the Role
Apex Resources Limited are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our embroidery and textile production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining efficient workflow within the production department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in textile manufacturing, embroidery machinery, or garment production, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor industrial embroidery machines to produce embroidered garments and textile products.

Load garments, thread machines, and select the correct embroidery programs.

Ensure embroidery designs are aligned correctly and meet quality standards.

Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance such as threading, cleaning, and troubleshooting minor issues.
*
Monitor production runs and adjust settings when required.
*
Inspect finished items for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
*
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
*
Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
Requirements
*
Previous experience operating embroidery machines or textile production equipment
*
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
*
Ability to follow production instructions and technical specifications.
*
Basic mechanical understanding of machines.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Good time management and reliability.
Desirable Skills
*
Experience with multi-head embroidery machines.
*
Knowledge of embroidery software or design files.
*
Background in garment decoration, printing, or textile manufacturing.
