The Role
* As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the hotel’s operations, championing excellence across all departments and delivering consistent, memorable guest experiences.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets and private events
* Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team
* Drive standards across departments, ensuring quality and efficiency
* Take full responsibility for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Collaborate with sales & marketing to drive revenue and occupancy

You will have:
* Experience managing a luxury hotel or similar high-end venue
* Strong commercial acumen with proven budgeting and forecasting skills
