Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong, trusted relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth
* Identify opportunities and sell a portfolio of innovative orthopaedic products across your territory
* Deliver engaging and effective product training in clinical settings, training facilities, and online
* Prioritise customer needs, ensuring service excellence and long-term customer satisfaction
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to enhance territory performance
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty
* Represent company values with professionalism, integrity, and accountability
* Meet all reporting deadlines, managing your workload efficiently and independently
