We are looking for qualified s olicitors to join our Legal Operations team in Bradford. These roles offer flexibility, with two days in our Bradford office and three days working from home or remotely, from our other offices in Leeds and London. As Liberty Blume continues its exciting growth journey, we’re expanding our Legal Operations team and are looking for talented individuals to join us across Civil Litigation, Commercial, and Real Estate specialisms, within a fast growing, tech enabled global business services provider. You will manage your own matters whilst working alongside a supportive management team and other solicitors and paralegals. We are looking across the following areas: What will you be doing? Civil Litigation: Managing a varied portfolio of claims, including breach of contract, data protection, discrimination, credit file issues and property damage. Analysing new instructions to determine recovery prospects and signposting investigative actions. Collaborating with the litigation team to progress cases efficiently. Staying up to date with the Civil Procedure Rules, relevant case law and legal developments. Supporting the wider team, including paralegals and legal apprentices. Commercial: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. Providing legal guidance to Liberty Global group companies. Supporting the development of contracting playbooks. Contributing to legal process improvements and operating efficiency initiatives. Real Estate: Working on transactional real estate matters such as lease renewals, licences to alter, assignments and other areas of estate management. Advising on landlord and tenant matters. Working on telecommunications wayleaves, diversions and trespass matters. An interest in getting into real estate litigation, particularly around lease renewals. We look for people with: Essential Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE for litigation / 2 PQE for commercial or real estate). Strong knowledge of CPR and litigation processes (for the litigation role). Drafting, analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills. Ability to manage matters with high attention to detail. The ability to liaise and manage relationships with stakeholder clients and third-party representatives. A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in technology and process optimisation. Team oriented and supportive, with a willingness to share knowledge. Desirable Previous experience supporting junior colleagues. An interest in expanding your expertise across multiple legal disciplines, including (but not essentially) for the real estate role, in real estate litigation, around lease renewals.
