Estimator – Refurbishment, Fit-Out & Construction Location: Paddington, London (office-based) Salary: Circa £80,000–£85,000 per annum The Opportunity I’m supporting a well-established construction contractor that delivers high-quality refurbishment, fit-out, design & build, M&E infrastructure and new build projects across London and the UK. They are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction and commercial team in Paddington. This position suits someone confident in managing the tendering and cost planning process for a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, healthcare, retail, rail and other sectors. You will play a key role in shaping competitive bids and influencing commercial strategy from tender stage through to project award. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation to prepare competitive pricing. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and assess market rates.
