Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Site Manager to support with the successful delivery of a major project in Richborough. This role involves providing administrative, commercial, health & safety, and general management support across the final project phases.
Key Responsibilities
* Place orders for basic site materials and supplies
* Produce and collate basic Quality Assurance (QA) documentation in line with existing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
* Coordinate with site engineers regarding QA and material requirements
* Assist with updating the following project documentation:
- Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Construction Phase Plan (CPP)
- Project Quality Plan (PQP)
- CDM documentation and emergency plans
* Assist in the production and organisation of project close-out documentation
Requirements
Essential:
Experience in supporting the delivery of large-scale civil engineering, energy, or infrastructure projects
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager
Valid CSCS card
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, or a related discipline
Membership with a professional body such as MICE, APM, or PMI
NEBOSH General Certificate
Familiarity with ACC
