We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a key role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will support the delivery of internal and external marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on content creation, campaign coordination, exhibitions and events, and brand consistency.
Based at our Ferrybridge Lubricant facility in West Yorkshire, this is a hybrid role with a requirement of 3 days/week office based.
The role will include the following as well as opportunities to be involved in projects and wider team activities:
Creative Design
* Create visual assets using Canva and Adobe, assist in the development of newsletters and promotional materials.
* Video editing tasks for internal and external communications.
Campaign & Content Support
* Support to coordinate and deploy internal and external marketing campaigns.
* Contribute to the creation of content including email, social media, website and external communications
Internal Communications
* Support the planning and promotion of internal events and team initiatives.
* Assist with logistics/communications for staff engagement activities.
* Support internal activities: Action! (CSR) Programme, TPA University Engagement and Innovation Programme.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
* Provide support for social media content creation and scheduling.
* Monitor engagement and assist with reporting on performance metrics.
Team Collaboration & Administration
* Work closely with the marketing team to support ongoing projects.
* Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as needed.
* Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
Merchandise & Print Support
* Liaise with merchandise and print suppliers to support the delivery of branded materials and promotional items.
Exhibitions & Events
* Supporting external exhibitions and events: print, merchandising, supplier engagement, logistics, attendance (where required)
Qualifications / Skills required
* Relevant degree or experience in marketing preferred.
* Ability to effectively coordinate several projects, work reactively and at speed in a quick turnaround environment.
* Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.
