Asset Coordinator - Power Team
We are currently looking for an Asset Coordinator to join our friendly Power team! The role will support the business in driving operational excellence and efficiency within the Energy Solutions business unit, focusing on Asset and Service data.
* Support the business in achieving utilization targets and aspirations
* Ensure assets remain compliant
* Provide analytical support and advice to the Power Business unit
* Support continual improvement initiatives
* Build proactive relationships with the depot network
* Provide reports to ensure operational excellence
* Ensure proper onboarding of new assets into the Power business
* Monitor and report on asset counts adherence
* Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in the hire industry (Power preferred)
* Ability to manage and analyze large data sets
* Understanding of hire products and services
* Experience in asset management and compliance
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Positive attitude and collaborative approach
