The Role:As our Branch Manager for our Nelson & Motueka Branch, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll lead a team of 10, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensure the branch meets its performance goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to connect with people and build strong relationships with customer and suppliers will be key to your success.
1. Building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
2. Overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial targets
3. Implementing change and leading new processes
4. Foster a positive, inclusive and customer focused culture
5. Drive branch performance through strategic planning and operational excellence
This is a permanent full-time role. Working within the store’s operational hours. About you: Are you a strong dynamic leader with a passion for empowering teams and driving success? We are ideally looking for a leader who has worked in the Plumbing industry or B2B company. You would primarily be in our Nelson branch, with a little travel to Motueka to support the team and visiting key customers.

12. Results-driven with a proven track record in sales to help grow branch revenue and drive business success
13. Clean, full NZ Drivers Licence
