Restaurant Manager – Mill House Beefeater – Red Hill
Fixed Term until 3rd September 2026. Salary: £38,200–£40,500.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to guests.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the General Manager in recruiting, induction and onboarding of new team members.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on leadership style with effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre‑shift briefs.
* Drive high individual performance through regular one‑to‑one coaching sessions, ensuring clarity of goals.
* Maintain high standards and attention to detail, thriving in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
* Show passion for the brand, ensuring the team are knowledgeable and confident.
* Manage labour and cost margins efficiently, using guest feedback to maximise sales and revenue opportunities.
* Champion change and implement improvements with the team.
