Job Description
As a Front of House Administrator your responsibilities will include:
3. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional reception experience.
4. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence effectively and efficiently.
5. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
6. Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
7. Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings as necessary.
8. Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with organisational procedures and policies.
10. Handle ad hoc duties to support the smooth running of the office.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Front of House Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar administrative or front-of-house role.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
