Real Estate Solicitor, NQ:3 Years PQE, Liverpool, GBP 52,000 : GBP 55,000 (DOE) : This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop a specialist property practice within the primary care and healthcare sector, working on high:quality, varied and often innovative matters for a national client base. THE ROLE:
- You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients across a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on primary care premises and NHS:related work.
- The role offers early responsibility, strong supervision, and real scope to develop client relationships and a sector specialism.
- You will be responsible for a varied real estate caseload, to include acting on the sale and purchase of business premises, negotiating leases and handling landlord and tenant matters and title investigation and reporting
- You will contribute to business development strategies, including presenting as a face of the firm to clients and intermediaries
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE.
- It is essential that you have strong landlord and tenant experience
- You will have exceptional communication, organisation and research skills
- Ability to manage a high:volume caseload and meet strict deadlines
- A proactive approach to business development and profile:raising
