About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical components and systems.
Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
Support the fitting and alignment of mechanical parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
Help with routine inspections and testing of mechanical assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to develop technical skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in mechanical engineering and hands-on work.
Basic understanding of mechanical principles (advantageous but not essential).
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Qualifications & Experience
No formal experience required - full training will be provided.
A relevant qualification (or working towards one) in engineering or mechanics is desirable but not essential.
