About the Role This role would suit someone with c.5 years previous experience, specifically, in the area of Wills, Probate and LPAs. The role involves drafting and preparing a range of legal documents, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts and general correspondence, as well as completing personal details sections of IHT forms and preparing LPAs and Wills from solicitor’s notes.
