A dynamic architecture firm is seeking an Architectural Technician to support the Design and Technical Department through the full lifecycle of development projects. This role includes managing planning applications, coordinating consultant teams, and producing technical information. The ideal candidate will hold an HNC/HND or degree in Architecture or a related discipline, possess strong CAD proficiency, and have a good understanding of UK Building Regulations. Experience in residential layouts is advantageous.
