Pay: £12.30 per hour Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
About the Role
A growing manufacturing business in Rotherham is looking for reliable and motivated Assembly Operatives to join their production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be assembling products, working with tools, and ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities

Assembling components to specification

Using hand and power tools safely

Following production plans and work instructions
*
Conducting basic quality checks
*
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
*
Working as part of a supportive and fast-paced team
What We’re Looking For

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
*
Good attention to detail

Ability to work to targets and deadlines

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable and punctual
