Pay Rate: £13.20 - £15.25 per hour

Pay Structure
* £13.20 per hour during the first 6 months of probation (Must have 1 year of PCV experience in the last 5 years)
* £15.25 after passing probation (Must have 1 year of PCV experience to qualify for the higher rate)
* Pay rates are regularly reviewed through negotiations.

Hours of Work
* 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance for your convenience
* Mornings starting from 04:00, Afternoons from 12:00, and Evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis
* Fixed early, afternoon, or evening shifts are not available separately
* Overtime available upon request and based on availability
Requirements
* Must be over 18 years of age
* Hold a valid PCV licence (If you don’t have one, consider applying for our Trainee role for paid training)
* No more than 6 points on your driving licence
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
* Excellent people and customer service skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts
