This pivotal role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in financial management, maintenance coordination, and client communication, while delivering exceptional service to our customers.</p><h3>What You’ll Do:</h3><ul><li>Milestone Management: Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.</li><li>Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure for financial health.</li><li>Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.</li><li>Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and resolve resident inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.</li></ul><h3>What You’ll Bring:</h3><ul><li>A degree or equivalent education, with TPI Part 1 certification essential.</li><li>5+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in estate or property management.</li><li>Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Why Work with Us?</h3><ul><li>Great Team Environment: You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that works hard and has fun along the way.</li><li>Growth Opportunities: We believe in helping our people grow.
