Workflow Lead Opportunities
Salary £36,573 - £40,637 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Home based (with travel to offices and other locations as required)
Contract: Permanent 40 hours per week
Join our Platform Property Care Commercial team as a Workflow Lead!
We’re currently recruiting for three exciting new Workflow Lead roles within our team. This is an exciting time to join us and contribute to our mission of investing in people and places to build a stronger more sustainable future.
In this role, you’ll support one of our three localities and play a pivotal part in managing expectations and exclusions within a Price Per Property (PPP) model. You’ll ensure that all work is correctly capitalised or classified as revenue, in line with Asset Management principles.
You’ll work collaboratively across internal teams and often act as the key liaison between our PPC operational teams and the Assets Directorate, managing queries, escalations, and resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities:
* Administer and monitor exclusions under Price Per Property (PPP) arrangements.
* Identify opportunities for replacement of capital components to minimise ongoing repair costs
* Analyse repairs history and make informed decisions to reduce long term repairs cost
* Regularly monitor property repairs performance through inspections, audits, and dashboard reporting
* Carry out trend analysis on repairs, properties, locations (e.g. defects, customer complaints, repeat visits) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Support accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and accruals related to required works
Things we need from you
* Experience of working within a social housing repairs background
* Knowledge of Schedules of rates would be considered desirable
* Experience of Microsoft office software including excel to intermediate level with experience of analysing data
* Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Able to consider impact of decisions and apply reasoned judgement.
* Numerate with ability to understand graphical data, ratios and financial information.
* Proven experience monitoring, measuring and managing service
While this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to our Worcester or Solihull offices for training and meetings as required.
