We are seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Front of House Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests at Knotel Old Sessions House. This role is key to creating an exceptional hospitality experience by ensuring a welcoming, polished, and supportive atmosphere. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering best-in-class service.


Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist members, clients, and guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
* Maintain the reception and common areas to the highest standard of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
* Anticipate and respond to member and guest needs, handling inquiries and requests with efficiency and care.
* Support smooth daily operations by coordinating with internal teams and communicating member needs effectively.
* Uphold Knotel’s hospitality culture by ensuring the space reflects the brand’s standards for ambience, staging, and amenities.
* Manage front desk tasks, including check-ins, visitor registration, mail and package handling, and office supply inventory.
* Assist with the coordination and execution of events, ensuring all details contribute to an excellent guest experience.
* Gather and share member feedback to continuously improve the experience.
* Stay informed about Knotel’s services, events, and offerings to provide accurate information and helpful recommendations.
* Support colleagues and leadership as needed to ensure the smooth running of the House.


Qualifications:

* Experience in a hospitality, front desk, or customer-facing role (hotel, coworking, high-end retail, or similar environment preferred).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, approachable demeanour.
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech-savvy; comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and office systems.
* Professional appearance and positive, proactive attitude.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
