Retail Supervisor – Filton
35 hours per week
6 months Fixed Term Contract
Day‑to‑day
* Support the Store Manager in their absence, motivate the team and coach to grow sales and achieve targets.
* Unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
* Deliver great service – provide a great customer experience with a smile, no matter how busy you are and coach the team to do the same.
* Ask questions and build relationships. Make sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need.
* Build a fun working environment. Maintain our great product availability and high branch standards while making sure your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
* Hard work and passion. You don’t need retail experience – focus on delivering great service and we’ll teach you the rest.
* A love of teamwork. Be happy to muck in and get your hands dirty.
* A positive attitude. Make sure customers have a great experience while in our branch.
* Reliability. Be there when we need you, be flexible and fun to be around.
