At ClwydAlyn, we’re on a mission: Together to Beat Poverty. As a Homeless Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting young people and families experiencing homelessness to rebuild their lives and move towards independence.
This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where no two days are the same. Based at Bruton Park, you’ll be working in a community setting that supports individuals who may have experienced homelessness or difficult life circumstances. You’ll be a consistent, supportive presence, helping residents feel safe, valued, and empowered as they rebuild confidence, develop independent living skills, and move towards more stable futures.
You don’t need to have done this exact job before but you do need the right mindset.
Relevant experience or qualifications in housing, social care, or youth work are helpful—but not essential.
This job can be challenging. You’ll support people with complex needs and sometimes face difficult situations.
But it’s also incredibly rewarding:
We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, included and able to be themselves. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and communities.
