About the role
Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Other responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with personal hygiene to promote independence, dignity, and respect.
* Recognizing and understanding clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections, and escalating risks promptly.
* Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
* Practicing safe work systems across tasks.
