Salary: £49,052 + excellent benefits
Hours: Week 1 Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm | Week 2 Monday to Friday, 11 am to 7 pm
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

Were looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-run agricultural manufacturing site near Navenby.
Youll play a key part in maintaining, improving, and optimising production equipment to keep operations efficient, safe, and reliable.

This is a hands-on engineering role offering the best of both worlds stability and variety. Youll use your electrical and mechanical expertise to deliver planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and help drive continuous improvement across the site.
