I am currently representing Slough Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3- 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Neighbourhood Officer this role will be: Hybrid SL1 2EJ
The right candidate will:
To deliver excellent housing management services to our customers to the highest possible standards ensuring that operational performance is high and continues to improve.
To ensure tenancy management for a defined group of homes, meet resident’s expectations and to ensure that residents have opportunities to influence service delivery.
To deputise for the Neighbourhood Manager in this discrete operational area.
Provide a complete tenancy and housing management service to JEH residents to ensure services are delivered, including but not limited to
* Tenancy
* Arrears recovery
* Estate and caretaking management
* Anti-social behaviour
* Tenancy support visits
* Resident engagement
We require the following:
* Must have full driving licence and access to a car.
* Significant experience of working in housing related role.
* Must have the ability to respond to residents enquiries and complaints in writing.
