* Fixed Shift Pattern - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays in summer. In the winter, these hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support our repairs department, ensuring our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.
* Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.
* Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You:
* Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
* Must possess a valid UK driving license.
* A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
* We’d particularly be interested in hearing from female applicants.
