A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Wendover office.
The successful candidate will have a cheery and engaging personality with initiative and be someone who is organised and calm under pressure.
This full-time position offers a demanding and varied caseload handling all types of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
To apply you will be experienced in all matters relating to residential conveyancing. A qualification is not essential.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will be at least 3+ years qualified either as a solicitor or as a Licensed Conveyancer
• Situated local or be familiar with the area will be an advantage
• Have effective networking skills
• Experience of running own caseload
• Ability and desire to meet targets
• Able to handle matters from initial instructions, to exchange and to completion
• Excellent inter-personal, customer service and team working skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local clients.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good local business contacts/a following would be an advantage
