Are you a passionate Senior Admin Assistant interested in joining our biotech client? Our client is looking for a highly motivated Senior Admin Assistant to join their Corporate function and support the Senior Corporate Support Manager, providing administrative support where required.

Key Responsibilities

* To work closely with the Senior Corporate Support Manager, providing administrative support where required.
* To plan, organise and communicate logistics around core conferences and congresses, as a key member of the Congress Management Team.
* To provide administrative support to the Corporate Support Team during peak activity.
* To assist in planning / coordination and to provide “on the ground” support for events when required.
* To arrange complex travel, and accommodation.
* To produce high quality documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* To assist with PO management and invoice payments.
* To take minutes during team meetings.
* To devise and maintain office systems, including data management, SharePoint, Monday.com, and maintaining databases.
* To maintain and update internal online sites for company planning and communication.
* To assist with internal and external booking of meeting rooms, including room setup, catering, and AV for meetings, as required.
* To oversee projects as required.
* To support the EA team with congress management organisation and activities.

Experience

* 5 years’ experience in an office environment, providing outstanding Administrative and or PA support
* Event organisation
* Conference and Congress management
* Experience working within industry

Skills/Specialist knowledge

* Microsoft Office Skills - proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong initiative and ability to forward plan
* Ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature
* Ability to prioritise and manage own workload amid conflicting demands / busy work periods
* Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a team
* Ability to work within an ever-changing, fast-moving environment
