Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking skilled Financial Services Lawyers with loan and lending experience for secondment and interim contract roles starting January 2026 onwards.

Location: Remote (with flexibility to work 2–3 days onsite in England, primarily London)
Start Date: January 2026 onwards
Contract: Various durations (short-term and long-term assignments)
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in financial services law.
* Strong experience in loan agreements, lending transactions, and security documentation.
* Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
* Ability to provide clear, risk-aware advice to business and law firm teams.
* Advise on lending transactions, loan agreements, and security documentation.

* Support internal teams and law firms on banking and finance projects.
* Provide pragmatic, commercially focused solutions to complex issues.
