Hampton by Hilton Nuneaton will form part of the Abbey Street mixed-use redevelopment that will include a residential component alongside workspaces, a large cinema complex, a food hall and landscaped public spaces. The hotel will feature 145 rooms, meeting space and a fitness centre.

What will I be doing?
10. Support/ Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team
11. Ensure consistency in the quality of dishes at all times
12. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures
13. Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas
14. Support brand standards through the training and assessment of your team
15. Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue
16. Knowledge of activities in other departments and implications
What are we looking for?
17. Experience in a similar role, would suit a strong Sous Chef or previous Junior Head Chef equivalent with relevant qualifications for the role.
18. Experience in managing and training team members, and managing food cost controls, with a full understanding of compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures.
19. Focused service brand knowledge an advantage
20. Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
21. Good communication skills
22. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
