Aboutthe Role
As a Mortgage CaseManager you will assist mortgage brokers and borrowers with theirapplications across Bridging BuytoLet and Residential products.This role will involve managing expectations and deadlines whilstproviding an excellent service that encourages repeatbusiness.
* Ensure loanscomplete as quickly as possible and meet strict completion datedeadlines
* Assistborrowers/brokers with the application process and ensure responsesare prompt and professional as well as providing updates throughoutthe process
* Proactivelymanage the postoffer pipeline ensuring cases are ready for sign offby Underwriters prior to completion and that all requireddocumentation is received and savedcentrally
* Compile electroniccase files together with a high standard of documentation and dataaccuracy in preparation for Underwriterassessments.
* Manage the newapplication allocation queue in the absence of both UW TeamLeaders.
* Instruct and liaisewith our panel ofValuers
* Instruct and liaisewith solicitors and ensure updates are received regularly and legalwork is completed ontime
* Maintain and buildpositive relationships with Brokers and other intermediaries thatsupports further businessgrowth
