Technical Services Manager – London (JLL) WPS is seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of hard FM services across a prestigious JLL-managed portfolio in London. About the Role As Technical Services Manager, you will take ownership of all mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance, ensuring statutory and contractual compliance while maintaining a safe, high-performing environment for our client. You will lead both in-house engineers and specialist supply chain partners, ensuring planned, reactive and project works are delivered efficiently, safely and to Wates and JLL standards. You’ll act as the primary technical point of contact, providing expert guidance, managing risks, supporting lifecycle planning and developing strong stakeholder relationships across the estate.
